8171 Web is an independent website. It is not owned, operated, approved, or endorsed by the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), the Government of Pakistan, or any government agency. Names such as BISP and 8171 are used only to describe the service.
No eligibility results
The CNIC tool checks only whether a number has a valid format. It does not connect to any government database. It cannot tell you whether you qualify for assistance, whether a payment is due, or whether your record is correct. Only BISP can give you that information through its official channels.
Information may change
BISP can change its rules, process, SMS wording, portal address, and contact details without notice. We review our pages, but we cannot promise that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm important details on the official BISP website.
