About the service
8171 Web provides general information about the 8171 BISP eligibility check and a browser-based tool that checks the format of a CNIC number. The site is free to use. It is independent and not connected to BISP or the Government of Pakistan.
What the tool does
The tool cannot confirm eligibility, payments, or the accuracy of any government record. A “valid format” result means only that the number is typed correctly. For real results, use official BISP channels.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. You must not:
- enter another person’s CNIC number without their permission;
- use the site to impersonate BISP, a government body, or any other person or organization;
- copy, scrape, or automate the tool in a way that harms the site or other users;
- try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site;
- use the site for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information correct, but we give no guarantee that it is complete or current. The site is provided “as is”, and it may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.
